Rates:
$150.00 per night for up to 2 guests.
$25.00 for each additional guests per night
Maximum occpuancy is 4 guests
$30.00 per night per pet for pets under 30 pounds
$50.00 per night per pet for pets over 30 pounds
2 pets maximum (sorry no cats)
$40.00 cleaning fee
$75.00 cleaning fee if pets are brought
$200.00 fully refundable pet deposit.
(If your animals get on the furniture, save your deposit and please bring your own pet blankets for them to lie on!)

Lawn parties (weddings, reunions, birthdays, etc.) welcome. Plenty of field parking. Large, shady pecan grove on the Blanco River. $1200/day plus tax up to 200 people. Must also rent entire property (House sleeps no more than 10, Cottage sleeps no more than 4) for two nights minimum. Price includes 3 basic porta potties. Luxury porta potties available if desired for extra charge. Handicapped access porta potties also available for extra charge. There will be a $1000 (One Thousand Dollars) fully refundable septic system deposit. You MUST insure your guests use the porta potties. All but up to 14 overnight guests must vacate the property by no later than 10 pm.
Monday-Thursday day time parties available for hourly rate. Prices depend on number of guests. Please call for more information. We can provide tents, tables, chairs, stage, etc. for additional charge.
No lifeguards. River use totally at your own risk.
