River Haven is one of our newest additions with all the amenities that a rental should have to make it the best vacation your family has ever enjoyed. Not only is the home beautiful, but it has been decorated with the best furniture and accessories that can be found. With over 200 feet of river frontage, it has a beautiful view of both the river meandering down the valley and also a breathtaking view of St. Augustine yard and the Blanco River in the distance. It is rare to have both river frontage and a view, but this house has both. You can fish, tube, canoe, splash, and in some areas swim the Blanco River. You will love this.

The house is also located in the historic Wimberley Valley, known for its flat roads following the river bed where you can bike or walk for over 4 miles and enjoy incredible views and peace- winter or summer. You can ride to town and have lunch or stop at the Cypress Creek Nature Trail for a picnic and take it with you, visiting the numerous beautiful spots along the river. This is a rare and unique area that offers little development while only minutes to Wimberley or the Blue Hole Regional Park, 20 minutes to San Marcos or 30 minutes to New Braufnfels or a hop, skip and a jump to scenic routes to all the tourist attractions.

First let?s talk about the amenities. The house is in the perfect location for just playing around in the shallow river, bikes for riding along the river, and a spacious yard for children and parents? peace of mind.  Nearby is a large deck for nighttime fun while watching a large night sky, roasting hot dogs or making s?mores, or cuddling up in the night chilled air.

The exterior has plenty or outdoor seating the decks and a large outside sitting area all while looking at the view and enjoying a family dinner. Want more peace? Go to sit down by the river and listen to the river and frogs and enjoy the view.

The interior with its hardwood floors and accents is beautifully decorated with all the best furniture, complemented by lovely linens, leather furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. With 3 bedrooms, the bedrooms have two queen bed, and two double beds for waking up looking out over the river. The downstairs is complete with a large open area and a full bath 

In the winter, the stone gas fireplace with beautiful wood mantel allows you to cuddle up and watch TV, or the fire. Even if you are inside, you can still see the river and go fishing if you are brave enough. While only 3 miles to Wimberley, you are close to all the tourist attractions.
