A charming cottage, circa 1910, located on a country lane just 2 miles from downtown San Marcos, minutes from the outlet malls and convenient to Wimberley and Gruene.  The arbor, a covered seating area with a fireplace, is the focal point of the country gardens surrounding the cottage.  Birds, butterflies and bumblebees enchant while the views of wooded hill, pastures, pond and wildlife complete the tranquil setting to be enjoyed by the cottage guests.  No children, no pets, smoking outside only!  No day guests!
